Positive: L'appartement était vaste et clair. C'était propre. Puisque dans le grenier, il faut monter des escaliers. Ce n'était pas un problème pour nous mais ça pourrait l'être pour certaines personnes. La laveuse était un élément appréciable pour nous. Il y avait suffisamment de serviettes pour notre groupe et de la literie pour le divan-lit. Negative: Il n'y avait aucun linge à vaisselle de disponible pour essuyer la vaisselle. L'éponge disponible avait du vécu... Ça ne coûte pas très cher de mettre une petite éponge neuve et des linges à notre disposition.

Positive: Perfect for walking down into the city centre, very close to lots of local restuarants. Grocery store next door, which was useful. Good size family space, plenty of seating for a family of 4 to stretch out, full size kitchen - well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Useful to have a bathroom and ensuite. Negative: A few areas in the apartment could have been cleaner - very dusty behind the headboard & under the bed, only noticed as I had to move the bed to access the plug socket, ensuite shower tray at the rail was quite grimy, food debris on some plates & cutlery, sofas hadn't been hoovered under. A bit more care/time needed when cleaning between guests. The small bedroom door did not close properly. A few issues with the ensuite shower room which would be easy fixes for the owner - the door handle and lock were not working properly, the towel rail was very loose - we didn't feel it would hold the larger towels so didn't use it, there was nowhere to sit toiletries - a shelf would have been good, it also didn't have a mirror, which would have been useful.

Great stay, room for improvement. Positive: Perfect location to visit our daughter staying near queens. Negative: Missing quite a few basic bits not enough crockery or glasses etc for the amount of people staying.
