Good for a short stay Positive: Good location, near botanic train station. Negative: Was pretty stuffy at night and unable to open the bedroom windows due to the noise.

Excellent apartment close to the centre of Belfast.. Positive: It was exceptionally clean.close to the city centre..it was a very spacious…there was a large party of guys in the upstairs apartment but we never even heard a foot step from them…. Negative: It could be a bit noisy at night from outside when you were in the sitting room but there’s nothing you can do about that..there was no noise heard from the bedrooms.

Positive: Spacious, very clean, complete kitchen utensils provided, bus stop right at the main entrance.

Fine, but wifi needs to be fixed and apartment needs a thorough clean! Positive: Great location, central to the city centre and next to a Tescos which is helpful. Property was quiet and beds were comfy. The host responded to our messages quickly on Whatsapp. Good size for 3 people to stay. Negative: The wifi did not work the entire time we were there (4x nights) which was annoying since we were on a work trip. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and the kitchen had old food on the surfaces and in some of the pans. We had to clean it on arrival which was not pleasant.

Positive: The apartment was clean and close to the centre. Had a Tesco underneath and Anne was very helpful. Negative: The apartment was too warm and the small room was like a sauna.
