Clean, spacious apartment in close proximity to everything Positive: Lovely spacious clean property Negative: It’s on quite a busy road.

Positive: The location is excellent because it's close to Queen's University. It's very convenient since my daughter happens to be graduating there • The apartment are clean Negative: There are 6 lights not working in the living room.

Positive: The place was clean, it had a good location. Grocery store two doors down and a bus stop right out front. Security was good. Had a code to get into the building and separate code to get into the apartment.
