1 Malone Place

Very disappointed. Positive: The furnishing was good. The crockery and cutlery sparse. The amenities weren’t all as described. Negative: The bed linen in both rooms were old, stained and barely passable. The rooms appear to have mould and after a four night stay our health was affected. The apartment felt like it needed a thorough professional clean. The bare minimum was provided and compared to all our previous stays this was the most disappointing.

Positive: Centrally located and value for money Negative: Property was slightly tired and could do with a deep clean. Broken toilet seat Nothing provided not even coffee Next to 4 railway lines that sound the horn at 6am

Not what was expected Positive: The location is very convenient though noisy on the weekend and the streets littered. The towels were nice and the living room comfortable. Negative: No soap or shower gel for the shower. We had to go buy a bar of soap. The smaller bedroom is dank and smelly. Door had to remain propped open. The blanket at the bottom of the bed was dirty. A foldup cot or tent was wedged at the foot of the bed blocking outlets. It was dirty but we had to move it. Listing says "dryer". It should say drying rack. Big difference.No instructions for TV so we couldn't use it.

Positive: Liked the facilities and that it was close to bus stops and the train station. Negative: No welcome pack. No tea, coffee, milk etc. Which would have been very useful as Belfast was shut down due to the riots etc.

Klein benedenappartementje, centraal gelegen. Positive: De locatie ( eigenlijk middenin gierzwaluwkolonie) en de douche: die was fijn! Het 2- persoons bed was goed. Negative: Één matig formaat slaapkamer met dubbel bed, één heel kleine eenpersoons slaapkamer, met matig bed; de kamers hadden geen kledingkasten, koffertafels. Weinig echte last ervan, maar de trein liep in tunnel onder het huisje. Badkamer klein en oud; WC- bril lag los.
