Queens Quarter Positive: Location. Close to everything, safe area so could walk everywhere. Quiet place to sleep even though in a busy area, easy tp drive to and plenty of street parking. Close to shops, restaurants, pubs. Beside Queens uni and Botanic gardens. Beside bus stop (8, 9a 9b 4 stops to city centre ) Lovely and warm, has underfloor heating, nice seating and good kitchen. Rooms are snug but good. Negative: Need hangers or hooks at single bed area and a shelf or bedside cabinet. Single bedroom suffices but nèeds a bit of TLC to make it more comfortable. Need a heated towel rail in bathroom to dry the towels as there are no rads in the apt. A bit small for extended stay but handy when out every day

Great Location ! worked well for us !

Convenient Location Positive: The location was walking distance to the train station, groceries, restaurants and pubs, and very close to the hop on hop off bus route and meeting points for local tours. Beds were comfy. Negative: The hot water took a while to start warming up for the shower on the first day, and there was some noise on occasion from a neighbouring apartment.

Floor was not swept. No dryer only clothes rack. Front door is on a high traffic sidewalk. Streets nearby very dirty with fast food college area. Rooms small-No place for luggage. Slick shower floor with no handles. Poor ventilation. After the rain a horrible mold smell woke me up with a headache. We had to cancel our stay and the refund is still pending.
