Lough Erne Golf Village - Luxury 3 bed

Beautiful home for our family getaway. Positive: We spent two really nice, relaxing nights at this amazing holiday home. The location was beautiful and we loved the peacefulness of the area. We woke both mornings to birds singing in the trees and watched the sunset over the water each evening while out on walks at the resort. The house was so spacious which we loved, especially our son who is Autistic as he had lots of room inside the house and outside too. Such a lovely break for our family and we look forward to returning. Negative: Nothing, our stay was perfect!

Superb house Positive: Superb accommodation - spent a good part of our 5 days at the house and lounge upstairs was great for relaxing - loved the view from the window. Beds were comfy and we all slept great. Upstairs bedroom is magnificent. Great few days to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Great walks around the resort. Negative: For a luxury house would have expected a better equipped kitchen. We arrived to a mishmash of only 6 mugs and 1 cup (plenty of glasses - at least 36 glasses but they don’t hold hot cuppas) - thankfully housekeeping arrived with another 5 mugs the second day. Cutlery could be topped up (especially teaspoons) and we made do with only 4 small plates (for 6 of us). There are no baking trays or casserole dishes at all so had to improvise. One hand towel is insufficient in each bathroom for 5 days - thankfully housekeeping again came to the rescue with extra hand towels, which was great as we also found the bath sheets too large and cumbersome. This house would easily get a 10/10 from us all if the kitchen was better equipped and if it provided bath and hand towels instead of those huge bath sheets per person.
