Exceptional! Außergewöhnlich!
Positive: Exceptional property. Huge amount of space without being too vast. Excellent location. Clean, safe with great parking.
Eine außergewöhnliche Immobilie. Viel Platz, ohne zu weitläufig zu wirken. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Sauber, sicher und mit hervorragenden Parkmöglichkeiten.
Negative: There is nothing of note.

Lovely house! Lovely quiet location
Negative: Downstairs bed is very low.
Difficult to get a good night's sleep in it.
Water pump , when taps go on , is loud when others in house are asleep.
Hot water boost wasn't very effective for large group of family members.
